The New Horizon Property Management Company, Inc. is sponsored by the Eternal Life Church of God in Christ in Milwaukee, WI. Our company was started by our Pastor, Rev. Dr. B. L. Cleveland, Sr. He saw the need in the community for more housing in quieter areas of the greater Milwaukee area and purchased the land to further his vision. His vision was to ensure that seniors and the physically disabled had access to quality housing which was decently managed and cared for by a professional staff.
He put that plan into action with the help of many from his Eternal Life church congregation. And by much hard work and perseverance, the first building was built in 1988. And now we have built and manage seven HUD subsidized properties with a total of 132 units in the Northwest Milwaukee area.
Our HUD contracts specify which populations we can serve through our housing. We have four buildings for senior citizens sixty-two or older and three buildings for physically disabled persons of any age.
We are proud to offer 1 or 2 bedroom units, on-site managers, off street parking, appliances, window treatments, locked lobbies, elevators, on-site laundry facilities, and community rooms for tenants to enjoy in our buildings.
Our buildings are clean, safe, and affordable. We look forward to providing quality housing for many years to come!
