The RESIDENT PORTAL is your way to pay your rent online. Click your building name to register and pay your rent online. Please contact the office at 414.355.3605 if you have any questions about how to register or use the portal.
PAY YOUR RENT AUTOMATICALLY
Click on the link for our Electronic Funds Transfer form. Print, complete, and send it to the office. We will do the rest for you.
PAY YOUR RENT BY MAILING IT IN
Make your rent payable to your building with your name and unit number so your account is credited correctly. NOTE: The U.S. postal service may not deliver mail on time or may even misdirect the mail, so postdate your check and give it enough time to arrive by the first of the month!
