Residents now have many ways to pay their rent. Beginning January 1, 2025, there is a $10 late fee for any rent that has not been received in the New Horizon Office by the 5th of the month.
PAY YOUR RENT ONLINE
INSTANT PAYMENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT
You can pay your rent online by using the Resident Portal. Click your building name to register and pay your rent online. You can also access your checkfree pay coupon to pay your rent at a center near you. You can now register to help build your credit in the portal by paying your rent on time.

PAY YOUR RENT BY MAILING IT IN
YOU WILL GET CHARGED THE LATE FEE IF THE POST OFFICE DOESN'T DELIVER YOUR MAIL TO US BY THE 5TH OF THE MONTH.
Make your rent payable to your building with your name and unit number so your account is credited correctly. Put postage and your return address on your envelope, too.
PLEASE allow 7 to 10 days for your mailed rent to reach our mailbox. The U.S. postal service may not deliver mail on time or may even misdirect the mail. It is your responsibility to ensure your rent is received by New Horizon by the 5th of the month.
