Since we are no longer in a pandemic, and COVID-19 is here to stay, we ask that visitors to our buildings wear face coverings if they are sick or if they are concerned they will make someone else sick when in all areas of our buildings and tenant units. Masks should always be used at a tenant's request when you enter their unit.

Our tenants are considered at a higher risk for contracting COVID-19 and other illnesses due to their advanced age or physical disabilities.

Our managers frequently clean and disinfect the entryways, door handles, call buttons, and other high-touch public areas of our buildings. Our managers and contractors also wear masks when working near tenants if sick or asked to do so.
